Chris is founder at Rogue Logic in Bristol, and came here from agency-side work. Chris takes the calls on their discipline directly rather than through an account manager.
Chris's work, in order.
Chris founded Rogue Logic after more than twenty years in digital marketing, on the conviction that smaller companies deserve senior, honest search work at a fair price rather than a junior and a rate card.
He spends most of his time translating between what a client needs and what the technical work actually involves, and he would always rather explain the why behind a recommendation than hide it.
Chris writes under their own name. Everything published on the insights hub is dated and corrected in public when it turns out to be wrong.
Editorial policy →Questions people ask about their work.
Will Chris do the work, or hand it over?
They do it. If a piece needs a developer on your stack, Chris specifies it and reviews the implementation rather than passing the whole thing on.
What does Chris need to start?
Read-only Search Console and analytics, and a week of raw server logs. Everything else can follow.
Does Chris handle migrations?
Yes, and they will tell you plainly if your timeline makes a safe migration impossible. That conversation is cheaper before the replatform than after it.
Can we hire Chris for a one-off audit?
The free teardown covers most of what a paid audit would tell you. If you need the full instrumented pass without a programme, ask on the call and we will price it.
