About us

Rogue Logic is the trading name of Bryley Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, providing SEO, answer-engine optimisation, paid search, digital PR and marketing automation to UK business-to-business companies from Bristol.

It is founded and led by Chris, and sits within the Bryley Group, which he owns. The company is new by design. The people are not: between them the four of them have spent their careers inside larger agencies, running search, paid and PR on accounts with real scale and real scrutiny. Rogue Logic exists because they wanted to do that work without the account-management layer in the way.

The short answer

Rogue Logic is the trading name of Bryley Ltd, part of the founder-owned Bryley Group, a Bristol-based UK marketing agency founded and led by Chris in 2026 after fifteen years running search inside larger agencies. Four senior practitioners run SEO, AEO, paid search, digital PR and AI automation for business-to-business and consumer brands, with no account-management layer and pricing published from £1,800 a month.

02What we do and who we help

Five disciplines, for companies that have outgrown their agency.

We work with UK companies where the sale is considered — business-to-business and consumer alike. Manufacturers, professional services firms, engineering consultancies, software companies and considered-purchase consumer brands. We do not take on affiliate sites or anything we cannot attribute to revenue.

03Our leadership and team

Four practitioners, all agency-trained. No bench.

Every one of them came up through larger agencies and chose to work this way instead. You meet everyone who will touch your account on the first call, and they are still the ones doing it in month twelve. Each has a full page with their track record and professional profiles.

04Our history

How the company was founded.

Rogue Logic was founded in 2026 by Chris, after fifteen years running search inside agencies where the person who sold the work was never the person who did it. Clients bought senior expertise and got a delivery pod. The company was built to remove that layer, and everyone here came from the same place.

05Expertise and track record

The work we have actually done.

The company is new. The practitioners are not. Between them the team has spent over forty years inside UK agencies running search, paid and PR for manufacturers, professional services firms and software companies, including technical migrations, international rollouts, and answer-engine work since the assistants started citing sources. That experience came with the people; it did not start in 2026.

What we will not claim
Rogue Logic has no case studies under its own name yet, and we are not going to borrow the ones people did elsewhere and imply they are ours. Individual track records are on the team pages, with dates and employers, and you can check them.

09About us questions

The ones due diligence usually asks.

Who owns Rogue Logic?

Chris. Rogue Logic is the trading name of Bryley Ltd, registered in England and Wales, and part of the Bryley Group — which he also owns. No outside investors, no private equity, no board to answer to.

How big is the team?

Four, all senior, all named on this site with their track record. We use trusted specialists for development and video, disclosed before they touch your account.

You are new. Why should we risk it?

The company is new; the practitioners are not. Every one of them came from a larger agency, and their individual histories are published here with dates and employers so you can check them. The commercial risk is capped at three months, and the method is published in full so you can judge it before you buy it.

Will you work with our competitor?

No. One client per sector and geography, and any potential conflict is declared before contract rather than discovered later.

Who owns the work if we leave?

You do. Model, documentation, content and accounts transfer to you, and we will spend an hour handing over to whoever comes next.

Are you regulated or accredited?

Marketing is not a regulated profession in the UK. We are an ICO-registered data controller and hold platform certifications; anything beyond that would be a badge, not an accreditation.
