This policy explains what we collect when you use this site or work with us, why we hold it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

Bryley Ltd, trading as Rogue Logic, company number 13175466, registered in England and Wales, Bristol. We are the data controller for the information described here. Email hello@roguelogic.co.uk with any question about it.

What we collect

When you submit a form or request a teardown: your name, work email, company website and anything you type into the message field. When you accept analytics cookies: pages viewed, referring source and general location, in aggregate. If you become a client: the contact and billing details needed to run the engagement.

Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry, prepare your report and run your account. Enquiry data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to you; client data on the basis of performing our contract; analytics only where you have consented.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or add you to a marketing sequence because you filled in a form. If we ever want to email you something you did not ask for, we will ask first.

Processors we use

Enquiries reach our own system over an encrypted connection. We also use hosting, email, analytics and scheduling providers acting on our instructions under contract. A current list is available on request.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become clients: twenty-four months, then deleted. Client records: for the engagement plus six years, which is what UK tax law requires. Analytics: fourteen months.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it within thirty days. If you are unhappy with how we have handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
