What the call actually is.
Is this a sales call?
It is a diagnosis with a price attached at the end if you want one. You will not be passed to a closer and there is no follow-up sequence.
Who will I speak to?
Whichever of the four would run your account. Technical problems go to Hayley, commercial and model questions to Chris.
What should I bring?
Nothing mandatory. Read-only analytics access or a week of server logs makes the forty-five minutes considerably more useful.
How quickly do you reply?
Same working day for the acknowledgement, one working day for a time and the teardown report.
What happens to my data?
Used to prepare for the call and nothing else. No list, no sequence, no sharing. Deleted on request.
